This OOTD is basically what I threw on in a hurry, but it all worked out well. Top and skirt are recent F21, shoes are Miu Miu bow sling backs, paired with Spanx (yes spanx, everyone NEEDS them) tights, David Yurman and also Hermes bracelets.
I might have showered, blew my hair dry, applied makeup, got dressed, flat ironed two girls hair, brushed my son's hair (yes, I still brush his hair, shush your mouth and mind for judging) fed three dogs, three kids, threw laundry in the dryer, and made coffee in 42 minutes this morning.
I felt like a freaking Olympian after this morning's events!
This week has been busy (as they all seem to be anymore) the kids have had early release from school (at 11:30am) each day, Jer and I've had work and other obligations + school conferences and everything else going on in between.
The thing is that I'm not feeling bogged down by all of these normal everyday life situations, instead I'm taking them on with zeal.
Thank you little mini vacation for putting life in perspective and for recharging my batteries! I feel like ME again and I'm more focused than ever on gratitude and the abundance of love in my life right now. *Le sigh* Such a wonderful feeling.

U get when u can plow through a bunch of work/tasks without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. It can be so empowering for a mom! Nothing like a vacation or a few days away to help recharge u and make u appreciate your kids!
Oh my gosh I am super impressed - it takes me at least 45 minutes to just get myself out the door!! SUPER MOM!!

I was in F21 recently and walked out empty-handed. It was so disappointing! Hopefully next time I'll find something.

i went to three F21s looking for that blouse. i walked out what lots of other cute stuff, but couldn't find that one anywhere. i finally ordered it online and it arrived yesterday. LOVE! thank you so much for posting this pic.
